I have a blackberry 8310 with 4.5.110 platform 2.7.90 os

And for some reason my blackberry 8310 shutdown and reboot and go into the setup wizard.I hope someone can help with my prob.I just got the phone last saturday.I was told from att i should update it.

To update your OS you will need to have Desktop Manager installed on your PC as well as the OS you are updating to. The latest for the 8310 can be found here - http://forums.crackberry.com/f52/new...nguage-247389/ - with instructions on how to upgrade.

Yeah! or for a shortcut download the new os run the exe and install it to your windows computer after you have installed Desktop manager Then plug in your BB via the usb cable provided and it will prompt you for permission to upgrade. Simple Huh!?
