Okay, I replaced the housing on my bb 8310 from black to blue. well the screws in the back wouldnt go back in tightly, they kept falling out.. so i left them out. well i dropped my phone today and well the phone turned off and won't turn on. i bought this phone about a month ago, in new condition, not used. i never even dropped it before. i don't think thats normal.. is there anyway the reason why its not turning on again is because i didnt replace the top two screws? =/ i'm on my sidekick now, but.. i liked my bb.

It sounds like you may have over-tightened the screws when replacing the housing and stripped out the delicate plastic threads in the device. It's hard to know if the current problems are due to not being assembled tightly but my guess is your problems after dropping the phone are unrelated to that. You may need to find a BlackBerry repair service to take a look.
