Personally, I don't trust anything on ebay. Been burned as both buyer and seller. I bought the black case set, black trackball and black trackball cover at CNN.CN for $56 and change. It's sharp lookin!
Yeah, the 8330 only ever came in Silver, Red and Pink. I heard another colour was coming out later this year just to add a little more variety, but black was never available.
That being said, I think the 8320 was available in Titanium which, from what I've seen, does resemble black in pictures depending on the camera used.
If it's eBay you're buying on, I'd double-check what kind of guarantee the seller offers, and if you don't find something good, then use a PayPal account to pay, because they do offer purchase insurance up to $2000 on eBay purchases I think.
