hey does the black berry curve have a defect this happened to me twice it like gives me this white screen with hour glass and then it comes back to normal and it ereases the whole address book and pictures please hit me back up if you have a answer thanks a bunch
I would go to the RIM site and re-install the AT&T operating system. This is definitely not a gltch I have heard of or read. If it continues after you have re-installed the OS I would bring the unit back to AT&T. Good luck I have included the link below:
