OK, so I was updating my 8320 using John Clark's memory opt setup, and also upgrading to OS 4.5.0.81 at the same time. Sometime during the process it said the phone disconnected, and the screen on the phone became black and white as if I had deleted all the themes, but all that is on the screen is a rectangle with a circle, square, and triangle inside. The rectangle is inside a circle with a slash going through it, with the number 507 under the circle. I can't do anything with the phone (tried restarting), and every time I try to connect to the computer Desktop Manager encounters an error and closes.

I'm new at this too but I think from what I've heard, that means there is no OS installed on the device. So just install the new OS. Now, don't quote me on that but I think that's what I've heard on these forums before.
