The phone is two months old and it quit vibrating. What is bb warranty ( no insurance) ? Would reloading service books help?

The warranty on a BB is 12 mos. so take your BB in to one of your carrier's corporate stores for a warranty exchange.

I hope sprint will exchange it . Thanks guys. I was paying about $35.00 a month for insurance for our phones and with the $100.00 deductible for pdas I dropped the insurance. I hope this does not bite me...
