for example if i create a folder inside my inbox in my corporate outlook. I cannot see it on my blackberry only what is sent directly to my inbox. is there a way that to view these folders?

From your inbox click your bb button (left of trackball) and scroll down to "view folder". From there you can choose the folder you want to open.
