Has anyone purchased this program through Handango? I was given a registration code, but when I input it, it still says that I need to input a valid code. I have tried getting in touch with Handango and still no response. Anyone else have this problem, either with the program itself or with Handango?
I am having the same problem. I love BBText2IM, especially now that there is a work-around for the SMS messages going to the inbox, but the registration key Handango provided me does not work, they are not responding to my e-mails for the past week, the 800 number on my credit card statement is only a recording, and despite their claims that they have pay-per-call phone support, I am unable to find any information on how to obtain such phone support. OP, did you resolve your issue? Does anyone else have any information on how to resolve this problem?
