    I tried and update using CrakMem and I deleted the vendor files and all of that but now I get the following error message when I try to sync. "Failed to connect to device. Please make sure device is connected and try again" The computer see the BB as a mass storage and all of the other Desktop functions work but I can't sync with outlook to upgrade my contacts and calendar.

    Upgrade your desktop manager to 4.7. For some reason mine did this too. After I installed the new DM it worked fine. Be aware that DM 4.7 may cause a few appointments to look wierd on the first sync.
