Ok I have the blackberry curve 8330 for sprint and I wanna kno why some of them are set up different mine is completly different from my friend sister and bfs bb how can I get all of my unread and read message count to show on home screen or even have different folders for my missed calls like my sisters I just am so confused.

Are you using a different theme? Is sis or her bf using a messaging app?

sounds like simple menu option settings, unless they are running a special app. Here, try a hybrid, that may make them jealous.

Top of page here see blackberry help then blackberry 101s. That will help you a lot. Different themes set up where icons and what shows up on your home screen. You have some preloaded themes in your bb from your app screen go to options (wrench) then scroll down to theme to see what is offered. You can also get free themes here at crackberry.

You can set up folders in your messages by hitting menu, options, general options, then scroll down to separate to have different folders for your messages.

Missed calls folder? I have not heard of but if you hit the green button while in home screen it shows you the call log..
