My blackberry Curve shuts off even when the battery is fully charged. It used to have a static and then shut off, now it just shuts off completely. The only way it works is if it is plugged into the charger. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have been to three different tmobile stores, the first 2 said it was the battery and needed a new battery, the 3rd said I had to plug it to the desktop manager. I have done that and was told to download newest upgrade of 4.5 which I also have done but it is still doing it.
