Hi all. After searching many many different threads, I still have not found a satisfactory answer:
Is there any way to save a PIN number in Outlook Contacts so that it's accurately transferred into the "PIN Number" field on your Blackberry?
And of course, vice-versa (can PIN# saved on bb be accurately transferred to Outlook)?

Yes. It happens automatically, by default. The Pin is stored in User Field 1. I didn't have to do anything to make it happen, so I'm not sure why you're having a problem. Can you give more details?
