hi!

i just unlock my bb curve 8320 from t-mobile to be able to use it with movistar (telefonica) in venezuela.

all my services work fine but my bbm. every time i try to ad a contact using the pin number or email... nothing, it shows on the pending list, or sometimes i get a request from my self.

i also try to ad my pin number or email from another bb and i don't get any request.

please help!

U might have redownload ur bbm! Take it off than re download it, to see if that helps! Best luck!

Are you sure you got set up with the right data plan. I had the very same issue and one phone call figured out the problem, they didn't set me up with the right data plan. I'd say check with your carrier.

Yea, like addict said make sure your are on a blackberry data plan and not on a regular data plan.
