My boyfriend just got a Bold (yay!), and for some reason I cannot add him to BB Messenger or send him PIN messages... We've tried about 10 times but he won't get my requests and I don't get his.
How do we fix this? I've never had an issue with BBM/PIN msgs before. It's really odd. I tried using his BB to send me a PIN message about 2 hrs ago and the message is still in his box with a clock icon and red writing. The IMEI and PIN match the ones on the box, so that's also not the issue...
