    I am trying to use BB messenger and I am not sure what the problem is. Can someone try to add me using my PIN so I can see if it works, thanks!

    Do you have a data plan? You have to have one for BBM to work on your device.

    YEs I do, I have verizon and it is required.

    When you add a contact, do it this way:

    Open BBM > menu key > Add a Contact > press the "t" key to go to the top of the contact list > highlight, ["Use Once"], press the menu key, select "Request by PIN", enter the PIN, press the trackball, edit the message and click OK.

    I sent you a request.
