Download and install Desktop Manager and your OS onto your PC:

    Unsupported Browser

Once both are installed open DM, click Application Loader and under
Add/Remove click start. Put a check in the box for BlackBerry
Manager and continue through to install.

You should also check off Attachment Service while you are
in there. That way you will be able to read any attachments
    that come with your emails.

Are you getting the requests? And are others receiving your requests? Are you on a corporate BlackBerry or is this your personal only device?

Please start a separate thread so this does not become 2 conversations at
once. It is also disrespectful to the OP to inject an unrelated question into their thread.

Indeed, I agree with AG. Not cool. You are newb, so I am inclined to give you some slack. However, as AG suggested, you would be better served to start your own thread than to hijack Falcon's.

You should have received some sort of notification when you sent your service books. That is very curious.

You may want to have Tmo remove and re-provision your BB data plan. You do have a BB-specific data plan, correct?

Well, duh, if you were able to send service books to yourself, you must be on BIS, sorry. So, what did your last post mean? Did you call Tmo and ask them to remove/re-add your data plan?
