OK so i have a new curve from sprint and my sister has the pearl from t mobile and when we add each other on BB messenger it just stays in pending and neither of us are able to add each other we don't get a invite or anything. i know mine works because i have added new people lately and it works fine. Anyone have any suggestions
Its probably that you are on 4.2.2 OS (options>status will confirm), when I was on that I had a tough time adding people, so did many others since adding by pin was not an option when trying to add a contact so the workaround was adding them to your address book along with their pin in the info section then you can add the contact and select them from the address book list.
