    Hello,

I am hoping someone can help. Here is my situation. I previously had a 8700C and just switched to the 8310. I did not change anything else as far as my email accounts or service. I use blackberry internet email for a gmail account and an exchange account. I have my options set to NOT send delivery confirmations or receipts.

However, ever since the change to the 8310, I get delivery confirmations and delayed relay reports for my exchange account. I am also suddenly (a week after the change) getting the placeholder emails encoded with the information communicating with the server. I am going to post copies of the messages below in the hopes that someone will be able to help me diagnose these problems and offer a solution. I am very frustrated with all of these unwanted messages and eager to find a solution. I really appreciate your help. Has anyone had a similar problem- and if so, how did you resolve it??
