Hi Everyone,

I upgraded my DM software (not device software) and now I can't see the BB OS options in DM anymore. I tried downgrading my DM software back to 4.5 and still didn't work. My phone is a Sprint 8330 with 4.5.0.138. Any help to get this info back is greatly appreciated. I removed some of the OS programs and now I'll never be able to get them back if I want them.

Do a re-install of the Device OS software.

Thanks for the quick response Reed. I tried that with no success. First I tried w/o deleting the vendor file & then w/the vendor file.
