im getting a new phone sent to me and i have to back up and restore all my contacts and i wanna save everything I can but when i connect my phone and open the desktop manager it says im connected but wont wont show me any options like back up and restore and the rest of the thing that usually come up idk what the deal is. Help me out here. Thanks
