User says that his Curve is 1/2 to 45 minutes slow. I have updated software to 4.6 (Desktop Manager) and 4.5 (Handheld Manager), wiped the device clean, power cycled the device, changed the SIM out to three different cards and numbers. Not sure what else to try to do.

Options->Date/Time->Date/Time Source set to "Network" ? This will update the time from the cell towers. Also hit the menu key -> Update Time and then Menu -> Save

Make sure your computer is set to the right time. If it is off, when u sync with your BB, your BB will be off like the computer. Hope this helps.

Thanks. That is one of the first places I checked. I also double checked the Options to Date/Time and Update Time, but that didn't work either. Sigh...

Which version os are u running on the device?

Platform Version is 2.7.0.78 and Blackberry Version is 4.5.0.81

If you are running 4.5, I would re install the os or upgrade to the latest version. It's sounds like it could be a bug in the os.

Also, are you using a standard theme or are you using a download?

Is he synching to a PC that has the wrong time? If he's synching to a PC AND has the Desktop Manager option to synch device time to PC enabled AND the PC time is off, it will cause his device to display the wrong time, even if Network time is correct.

PC time is correct. He did check that when this all started.

Too bad. That's an easy fix. Three users reported clock problems today. Fixing the pc time solved one of the three. Yours and one more remain unsolved.
