I just received my BB curve (Sprint). Whenever I receive a new email, the usual red asterick doesn't show up on the email folder. I have to go through all email folders to see where the new email came in. Can someone help.

Have you tried a battery pull?

Go to Messages, then Options and then General Options.

Under "Display New Message Indicator" Ensure it's set to 'Yes'
