I could be wrong, but I don't believe you can send an attachment with a text SMS message. You can send an email with an attachment.

at this time you cant, with the OS that comes stock on all sprint BB's are opperating 4.3 however when 4.5 is released by sprint MMS is going to be a part of that, but at this time you cant,........the 4.5 OS update hopefully will be out sometime soon.

best bet is just send VIA attachment on email for the time being

You will have to send the attachment as an MMS message, you can't send an attachment as an SMS message type. Or you could send as an email also.

I stand corrected of what I said hopefully you will beable to embed pics once 4.5 gets released, hopefully that will be soon

4.5 is released but each provider has a slighty different version and has not been released by sprint as of yet, it is possible to ugrade from Rim directaly but I am really not sure how to do that

Yes there is a 4.5 already released for the 8330. I upgraded my BB to it last week. I believe it will work for all carriers as long as you delete the vendor file when you install it.

you can upgrade your os but the ability to mms is part of sprints service books which mms is not included yet
