I have copied audio files and photos to my media card - the BB can see the files but can't play or display them - the audio files show in the list but have a time of 0:00 - can anyone help?

Make sure your BB is disconnected from your computer and you're copying mp3 files, not WMA or M4a files.

This problem happened for me when i had my BB recharging and connected to my lap top,the only way i found to stop this error was to turn off the BB then remove the battery.Wait 1 min appx and then put battery back and turn on.It turned back on and recognised the card.worked for me.

    Welcome to CrackBerry.

Media works well with supported file types like MP3 and JPG, but some of the video formats do not playback correctly.

You can try converting them using Roxio Media Manager, it will handle most common formats.

you may also want to format the card while it's in your BB.
