I'm new to the BB world. I just downloaded ringtones. How do I change my ringback tone? When calls come in all the caller hears is classical music.

that's based on your carrier offering that, not the phone.

You can manage your ringback tones by loggging into your account via your carrier's website.

I have The Count from Sesame Street that counts the rings while my callers wait. Hilarious- and through AT&T. But I have to log into my account online, in order to change that feature.
