At first I was getting this error

BB 8330 w Boost Mobile that wouldn't connect to my desktop through USB

So I downloaded desktop manager and the latest os but they wouldn't do anything. So then I cleared out the vendor file and tried... the pin still wasn't showing up...

So I pulled out the battery and pulled up the application loader. Now I'm getting stuck on the "reload software 507" error.

I'm tring the nucked software thing and where it says to choose "Detect" it won't let me choose detect. Any ideas. Please help?

As Jerry said, download BBSAK and open it. Once its open select the "Load OS" option. Mine did the same thing the first time I tried to install a hybrid.

I was on the bb forum and they said to turn off power management for the usb hubs... I did that and am trying to reload the os right now... if that doesn't work I'll try to bb sak

Ok so I updated the usb hub power management but its still giving me the 507 error.

I tried the BB SAK and it couldn't find the BB

Get the OS or hybrid you want then install it into your computer. Then just run the Apploader.exe.
