..........my BB 8330 for telus is about 14 months old.......... Bluetooth appears permanently disabled ..........will not enable at all..................when I go into options to enable the message 'enabling bluetooth' appears but it does not turn on.
.........I wiped my BB and loaded latest OS but....still no luck...
...any suggestions?

what if you go to 'manage connections' and turn it on from there?

Can you please not post with so many dots? Thank you. Have you tried using JL commander (search for the DL) and reset to factory.

Go to options > security settings > general settings > scroll to the bottom and do you see anything listed in services?

I have used JL Commander and reset to factory yet, the problem remains. There is nothing listed in services, it merely states***no services***
