If I do a battery pull once a day, just to clear up my BB from the daily use-age, will that harm it in anyway over time?

Nope. But I think it would be much easier just to do a daily soft reset instead.

Daily may be overkill. I have not done any kind of reset in over a
month and I have no memory issues at all. Clear your event log
(ALT + LGLG > press menu and select clear) and clearing the
browser cache is about all I do for memory management. I am
    currently at 28mb.

That and clearing my Content Store database when I am DM.

Okay, when I hold Alt and press L then G twice, it don't do anything. Am I missing something here? Haha, a soft reset would deffinatly be better then a pull everyday.

Soft reset = ALT + RIGHT SHIFT + DELETE

Hard Reset = above, but once the screen comes on do it again. A
physical battery pull is also a hard reset

Soft reset - ALT - RtShift - DEL simultaneously. I don't actually know what a battery pull does that a soft reset doesn't do.
