On 8/12 I asked for help with my randomly crashing 8300 - with a full battery according to the screen. All the sales folks said to buy a new phone. Turned out that a new battery from a reputable seller of RIM batteries was all I needed. Thanks to those that steered me in the right direction.
Im glad you Posted this because there may have been others with this same problem. Some people only become bothered enough to post, but when they fix their problem they dont feel bothered to post the fix. Its selfish + its being an ***.
