I have a 8320 curve and noticed after getting home that battery is down to 20%. Using Blackberry docking station and the icon is indicating that the battery is being charged but I'm still at 20% after being on charger a few minutes. Usually can get full charge plugged into wall outlet in a hour. Tried spare battery and its the same. Usb is not working so I've always used docking station. Help family, what do I need to do?????:
This might sound silly but have you tried to just plug it in straight to the phone to rule out a problem with the docking station? Yeah I know that more than likely isnt it but..... How old is this phone/battery?
