I had a Moto Razr... And on that phone, I could create a banner.. In my case it read Packers.... Is there a way of doing that on the 83xx?

I know you can set owner info and type whatever you want in. Go to options>owner>menu>save. It will display whatever you type in once the phone is LOCKED...hope that helps.
