Is it possible to backup your Service Books from your device onto your computer?

Sure you can (A) do a full backup or (B) a selective one.

To backup ONLY your Service Books, open Desktop Manager >
connect phone > click Backup/Restore > click Advanced > in the
panel on the right scroll to and highlight Service Books > between
the two panels click the arrow pointing left and the left panel will be
populated with your selection > click Save As > here I would
suggest you give the file a unique name (Service Books 12_15)
    and finish

Sure but if Tmobile make a change they can push you a new servcie book anytime or even every so often. There is really no point to back them up.

I realized that I had them backed up. Anyway, here is my dilemma since I have upgraded to OS 4.5.0.110. When I was using .81, I had T-Mobile's data plan, but eventually got rid of it. Even without the data plan, I was still able to receive my email's and BBM messages through WIFI. Today I wiped my phone (did a backup prior) and put on the new OS. I just copied my old service books over and am having no luck with sending or receiving emails. Maybe I should clear my service books, sign up for a data plan, get the new books and drop the plan?
