When I use the restore option will I also lose any contacts that I have added since my last back up and if so can I just pull my sim card and do it so I don't lose my contacts?
if anything new has been added just back it up. the restore will restore the device to how it was depending on which backup you restore from.- so yeah anything new will be lost.
