Whenever I try to backup to my computer, it goes for a while until I get an Unknown Error message and the backup won't continue.

please post the exact error message. also see the forum back up problem on 8330 also just posted by another user. Also are you using DM 4.7? if you are remove it and use 4.6 this can be gotten at Smartphones, Cell Phones & Smart Phones at BlackBerry.com
