    Hey all,

    So, before my upgrade to OS .138, I had .77 and the last backup file size was 382 KB. After I installed .138 and backed it up to a file, the size is 1,237 KB. Any reason?

    Also, what is the difference between a "LoaderBackup" file and just a "Backup" file? From my understanding, the "Loader" is created before an OS upgrade or switch of blackberry...please correct me if I am wrong!

    Loaderbackup(date).ipd files are created by the Apploader program during loading operations (OS upgrades, app loading) automatically. They can be used just like the regular backups for restore operations.

    Thanks! Should I keep the backup file from before I upgraded OS? Also, why is the file size so much bigger after the OS upgrade?

    LOL only reason I was "obsessing" was because my last backup was 382 KB, now this one is 1,237 KB...and I cannot stop obsessing, it's my slogan!
