I updated my OS yesterday and backed up my phone before I did it. That created a file that I saved on my desktop. It's an .ipd file and the DM doesnt recognize it. I lost all my ringtones and wallpapers that I had saved on the phone memory (not on the memory card). Does this file contain all my stuff? If it does, how do i get it back on my phone?
