okay so sitting on the couch one day just watching a movie i pick up my curve that i have had for about 5 or 6 months and when i tried to read a text i cant see anything because the backlight is not on at all.

i clicked every button changed backlight settings and nothing worked.
the next day it was still doing this.... i can see the screen so its not black just the light is not on so in the light when there is any glare i can hardly see anything.

im looking to fix this on my own im pretty good with fixing phones but new to blackberrys so im not sure how this could be fixed

my guess is that it is an internal issue so any of you crackberry nerds out there want to help me it will be greatly appriciated
