    I backed up my phone with dm. Problem is it will not open in my computer for nothing. How do i get this to open?

    Ok, so what you are saying is that your PC will not open up your back up file, correct? Can you be a little more specific? Is there a dialogue box when you attempt to open the file?

    You cant open a backup file from BBDM on the PC as a security feature. You can only move it to the device.
