    USB port on my 8330m is damaged and does not work....is there any way to wirelessl backy up the data through the desktop manager??

    You can try establishing a Bluetooth connection between the device and the computer and backup via BlackBerry Destkop Manager that way.

    You will need a Bluetooth adapter for the computer.

    You can also download Google sync and it will backup your calendar and contacts OTA.
