I have my Auto On/Off enabled. On time: 6:30 AM; Off Time: 10:00 PM. When I go to turn of manually, it says "Next On Time (Next day) 12:00 AM" I have tried pulling the battery for reset but to no avail. Any ideas??
At night are you charging it? If so, try like a 2 min test and see if it acts correctly with that. My mothers pearl wont turn off either. Then she screams at me, cause she has prepaid, and it takes a dollar off her BB at 12.
I bought a Bold in February and started using the Auto On/Off about 2 months ago because my Bold is my business line so I want it to come on and go off when I'm "off the clock." It worked beautifully for a while and then it started going off and on just whenever. Two days ago, I exchanged my Bold for another one (not a refurbished one) for this very problem. The Auto On/Off worked for 1 day and now it's just doing whatever it wants. I'm kinda frustrated!!!
