Ok, I can get my attachments fine. the problem is that when I go to view them, I enhance the picture, then zoom, but the phone will only zoom on the middle of the file. I cant scroll up and down to view other parts of the file while zoomed in.

Do I need another app? or am I missing some shortcut key?

yes, bb attachment viewer only good for overall view.
You need a separate apps ( unfortunately none of them is Free)
Check out BEamBerry, or try Doc to Go ( the os4.5 has the barebone version, for full features you need to purchase the complete suite)

Yes you will have to pay for a app that will do what you need unfortunately.

I have Empower Pro ($29.99) and I can scroll around an Excel sheet but I can't zoom in or out.
