When I try to open a word or excel doc that is attached to an email I get a message that says attachement could not be displayed. Anyone know how to fix that? I have updated (not premium) and registered my documents to go.

Open Desktop Manager, connect the phone, click Application
Loader and then Start. Put a check in the box for Attachment
Service and click through to finish.

under application loader there is no option for attachement service. it only lists the apps I have on my BB Its a curve 8330 verizon with 4.5

so you have Sheet to Go installed on your deivce?

if you have docs to go without sheet to go (excel) follow this thread to get sheet to go:

when docs to go is installed with the 4.5 os upgrade, sheet to go is not included until you register AND upgrade.

Are you saying that only your third party apps are showing up and not any of
the core BB applications?

Yep. But that is on my work computer. I will check when I get home. My IT guy might have done something to the setup here
