so i assigned diff ringtones for diff contacts. i tried it and used a phone that has an assigned tune in my phone but it still uses the ringtone i set for all contacts and not for that particular one.

how do i make it work?

In the profile (advanced) section you have to create exceptions from the active ringtone.
