This is probably a newbie question but...

I try to open the Application Loader in the Desktop Manager and I get an error that says:

"The BlackBerry Desktop Software does not have BlackBerry Device Software for the device that you have connceted to the computer."

I have exhausted all options looking for the device software, but I cannot find it. I turn to the CrackBerry forum for guidance. Thanks!

With versizon you have the most current software, as there have been no updats for the O/S yet. WHen one does come out you can find it at vzw.smithmicro.com/blackberry. Once a new O/S update is available and it is downloaded to your computer and installed, the app loader will find it. Hence, no more error
