    my desktop software keeps showing the message "The BlackBerry Desktop software does not have BlackBerry device software for the device that you have connected to the computer. Contact your wireless service provider or system administrator."
    Someone please guide me through getting this to work, not just telling me its on my carriers website but telling me exactly what to download and what to do, this is appreciated more than you know and hopefully will finally clear this up for me
