    Does AOL IM work the same as Blackberry Messenger as far as using the blackberry network instead of sms texts?

    on the 8320 for tmobile it runs on the bb network so it counts as data not sms texts, not sure if its the same on verizon

    If you are using the RIM client it will use data, if you are using Verizon's client it will use SMS.
