Hey...

I have two blackberries. An 8310 and a 9000.. Both originally on AT&T. I have unlocked both using the unlock codes. I am on Rogers here in Canada and the data services are always roaming (network options> service status). and when i switch it to "OFF when roaming" so i don't accidently roam when i get close to a border (ie niagra falls) it always turns off my data even when I'm in my home zone.

I have unlocked, debranded, and even changed the provider ID on the 8310 using MFI and VSM files, and even when the vender ID mactches r\Rogers (107) it still says it is always roaming.

I have searched the forums all over but can't find anything on the subject. I was hoping it was a simple utility to reset the roaming rules like the Mass Storage Fix.. Or even if I have to mod the VSM to do it... But can not find any info.

Does anyone know how to fix the unlocked device so it doesn't think it is roaming all the time?
