Is it just me or is it a REAL pain when companies give out their phone number as alpha numeric? Does anyone use anything other than looking at another phone to figure out what letters go with what numbers?

LOL I had to use my fiances phone the other night to figure one number out hah, usually they will give the alpha and the numeric, but this site didnt. grrr
