I need help. I had to reset my phone and everything was deleted. How do I get all my info back into my phone again through the blackberry desktop manager?
If you have previously backed up your phone you can restore all of your info.
Open DM > Backup/Restore > Restore > Locate backup file > Open & continue through prompts until completely finished. Do not unplug your phone until it is done loading.
