Push To Talk is not a VZW enabled feature, so no, you'd just

Verizon dosent have push to talk. Its only Att.. and sprint has there direct connect..

There is a least one 3rd party company in beta testing on Push To Talk. I have used it. It works on my Verizon 8830 running OS4.2, so it's safe to assume it will work on a Verizon 8330. That's all I can say about it. Try Googling. You might find their website. It won't be free when it's publicly available.
